Linda McMahon vows to ‘return education to the states’ at confirmation hearing

Linda McMahon, President Trump’s nominee for secretary of education, told senators she is “ready to enact” the president’s vision for the Department of Education by returning control of curriculum to the states. McMahon said she will also focus on school choice and career focused education.
