Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., accused a witness of being on ketamine during a Senate Judiciary hearing on combatting antisemitism. Kennedy told Kevin Rachlin, a fellow at the Alliance for Peacebuilding, that he was “dipping into [his] ketamine stash” during questioning.
