Republican subcommittee chair misgenders Rep. Sarah McBride

During a House subcommittee hearing Rep. Keith Self, R-Texas, misgendered Rep. Sarah McBride, D-Del. Rep. Bill Keating, D-Mass., called out Self and after a confrontation the meeting was ended abruptly.
