Trump’s inauguration moved indoors because of cold weather

The Monday inauguration of President-elect Trump was moved indoors to the Capitol Rotunda because of frigid weather. Beyond the weather, the Secret Service has been planning for the inauguration and any contingencies, with 25,000 responders expected to be on hand and a large perimeter created.
