Meeting with Trump, Jordan’s king offers to take in thousands of Palestinian children

WASHINGTON — Jordan’s King Abdullah II said he reiterated Tuesday during a meeting with President Donald Trump his country and the region’s “steadfast opposition” to the president’s plan to resettle millions of Palestinians out of Gaza.
