Former NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo launches bid for NYC mayor

Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced his candidacy for New York City mayor in a 17-minute video, saying he’s entering the race because he believes the city is in crisis. The former governor resigned from office in 2021 amid sexual harassment allegations.
