DOJ claims soldiers offered documents to Chinese buyers

Two active duty soldiers and one former soldier have been arrested, accused of stealing U.S. military secrets and selling them to buyers in China in what the attorney general is calling a “betrayal” of the United States. NBC News’ Ken Dilanian explains the details.
